The privacy policy referred to by Bali Baby Home is the set of terms that regulate and protect the use of important data and information belonging to the users of the site, which are collected when making donations and accessing the site, such as names, contact numbers, email addresses, and other information.

- Bali Baby Home has the right to use Users’ data and information to improve the quality of services on the website www.balibabyhome.org as well as on the application.
- Bali Baby Home is obligated to protect all information provided by Users when making donations and accessing the website and application.
- The confidentiality of User data that must be protected by Bali Baby Home shall no longer apply if Bali Baby Home is compelled by applicable laws, court orders, and/or orders from authorized agencies or officials to disclose Users’ data.
- Bali Baby Home is only responsible for the data provided by site Users to Bali Baby Home as specified in the previous provisions.
- Bali Baby Home is not responsible for any data exchange conducted independently between Users of the site.
- Bali Baby Home complies with Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE)
